Unique to this season is a truly once-in-a-lifetime event that will be featured in the first episode: the 15th Anniversary Celebration of Charlie Trotter’s featuring legendary Chef Frédy Girardet.

Considered by his peers to be the world’s greatest living chef, Girardet had only cooked outside his Swiss restaurant once prior to coming out of retirement to join Trotter for this celebration – the culmination of a long-time dream for Trotter. In tribute, Trotter assembled a who’s who of the American food world – from David Bouley of Bouley in New York to Thomas Keller of French Laundry in Napa Valley. These episodes closely capture the camaraderie and conversations of some of the world’s most esteemed chefs.
