The Kitchen Sessions blends reality and excitement, and stresses Chef Trotter’s devotion to fresh ingredients prepared in innovative combinations and served in impeccable style. Filmed in rich 16mm black and white and color photography, The Kitchen Sessions is the only cooking show to simultaneously receive James Beard awards for both the television series and companion cookbook.
